The initial discovery phase is what takes place when a potential client first inquires about our services. This initial inquiry comes in all forms; some clients need just digital marketing, and some are looking for full-on web design services. Our Director of Sales & Marketing will speak with you to learn more about your business, your goals, your budget, and overall what you’re looking to accomplish. Once you’ve signed on with Softech to create a new website, it first begins with a kickoff meeting with our Project Lead/Designer. This meeting will detail out the building blocks for your website, including a sitemap, design options, and more. We work based on approvals and each phase requires approval before moving onto the next. Our Project Lead/Designer will walk you through each step from start to finish and you will never be left in the dark on the status of your project.
We offer digital marketing services in the form of monthly retainers. We’ll budget to complete a set of various marketing activities each month and our Director of Operations will keep you updated as progress is made. Our digital marketing retainers vary in size and will depend on your overall budget. We only make recommendations that will bring you results and if there comes a time where we need to shift, we customize our services to do so. Each of our marketing retainer clients receives a report once per month as well as monthly or quarterly meetings to review findings and progress.
